Mobility trends and factors
The research started with the following question: what trends are reshaping the mobility agenda and what are the factors that drive those trends? The figure below shows new phenomenons and influence of them into mobility trends. To make our cities more livable and sustainable, governments and municipalities are leaning towards banning cars and promoting sustainable transportation modes. The number of multimodal journey that involves shared mobility service, public transportation, cycling and walking will grow and smart assistants will gain a role to guide travelers switching transport modes and compare route options.
